rewild your soul
rewild your soul
Have you ever felt that your life no longer fits? So you have the feeling that there’s an unrecognized or acknowledged part of yourself that yearns to break free?
This experience of alienation is what I call the domestication of the soul.
You may experience it as…
- loneliness and alienation
- a gnawing sensation in the pit of your gut
- the deadening apathy of burnout
- an inability to recognize yourself within the story of your life
- simply feeling stuck and unable to move forward with your dreams and goals.
These feelings are frustrating, painful and distressing. But the pain of disconnection is there for a reason:
our anguished emotions are our wild self, rattling our cage so we take notice of our own discomfort and begin to find liberation.
Rather than deny our inner voice, I urge you to listen. That voice is announcing our next stage in the journey of self understanding and growth. Those frustrations exist to provoke you to take your first steps on a path towards becoming whole.
When you are no longer able to live in the discomfort of soul domestication, you are at the crossroads. Here, you have a choice: to ignore your inner voice and continue with a caged existence, or to embrace change and begin charting a new path forward, led by your heart’s purpose.
Choosing rewilding can feel daunting: but you’re not alone. Rewilding Your Soul is here to provide support for your journey. Offering a listening ear, tools to guide you and companionship along the way, I help you to access the profound wisdom that comes when you release your wild soul and give expression to your most authentic nature.

how I work:
what does rewilding your soul look like?
I work with people one-on-one (both in person and virtually).
Everyone’s journey is unique, so we begin by understanding what your heart longs for at this time. This includes looking at the roots of your relationship, connection, and fundamental sense of belonging to the natural world. This forms the foundation and goals for our work and is established in our first 1-2 sessions.
Over the next 3-8 sessions, we will explore your values, your archetypal struggles, and your emotions through nature wanderings, dream work, and creative expression designed to facilitate you reconnecting both with the natural world and your core self.
As we walk this trail during sessions 9-12, we expand into your broader dreaming, deepen your imaginative processes and lean into the growing edge of how you see yourself within the natural world.
At this point with a reinvigorated connection the natural world and your imaginative life many people feel satisfied and ready to independently continue their journey. This is wonderful.
Others wish to continue deepening the practices we have explored and discover new ones.
For those who wish to continue I offer a further three months of coaching where we focus on your psychospiritual development in preparation for a self selected nature journey. Some examples of such journeys include: pilgrimages, rites of passage, and vision fasts.
Any path you choose I will remain a resource and companion on your journey.
